Your Role as an Applied AI Engineer
As an Applied AI Engineer at Quiq, you'll work with customers to design, build, and deploy AI Assistants using our AI Studio toolkit. You'll use the latest tools and methods to automate and enhance customer interactions. Each day as an Applied AI Engineer brings new challenges. You'll blend theory with practical application, addressing critical business issues with cutting-edge technologies and innovative problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Build AI Assistants: Partner with customers to create reliable AI solutions.
Engage with Customers: Understand their needs and define technical requirements.
Develop and Improve: Continuously enhance AI Assistants to meet and anticipate customer needs.
Advise and Shape: Guide customers' AI strategies and contribute to the product roadmap.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in application development of technical products. Ideally, at least 1 year developing conversational experiences.
Education: Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
Process Design: Design conversational UX for complex business use cases.
Vector Databases: Prepare, index and search reference data for use in AI pipelines.
Prompt Engineering: Apply zero and few-shot, classification and fact checking techniques.
AI Orchestration: Manage prompt pipelines, APIs, vector search, business rules and related state.
AI Observability: Instrument experiences for testing, reporting and optimization.
Coding: Apply simple Python functions and interact with simple APIs.
