We are currently supporting a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation and are looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead the planning and execution of the project’s end-to-end testing activities. This is a critical role in ensuring the quality, performance, and successful delivery of the programme.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand scope, requirements, and test objectives
Develop and manage test plans, strategies, and cases aligned with the S/4HANA implementation roadmap
Oversee system, integration, UAT, and regression testing phases
Coordinate test environments, data preparation, and configuration for execution
Lead and mentor the testing team, ensuring consistent delivery across all phases
Key Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an SAP Test Manager, ideally on S/4HANA Greenfield projects
In-depth understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities
Proven ability to manage testing teams and full lifecycle test management
Strong knowledge of SAP testing tools, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
SAP certification or related testing certifications are highly advantageous
