We’re supporting a new Oracle Cloud deployment programme and are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Lead to join the delivery team. This is a key support role within a fast-paced project environment, providing governance, coordination, and visibility across the programme lifecycle.
Key Skills Required
5–10 years’ experience in a PMO or Project Coordination role
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across internal teams and external partners
Excellent organisational and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in tracking project health, risk escalation, and reporting
Previous experience in an Oracle Cloud programme (desirable but not essential)
Core Responsibilities
Track projects through their lifecycle and ensure on-time execution
Create and maintain detailed PMO reports for project teams and leadership
Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers to the PMO Manager
Maintain and manage the RAID log, ensuring timely updates from stakeholders
Support project teams by offering solutions to unforeseen issues and maintaining momentum
