What You Will Do

Serve as the ultimate technical escalation point for 1st and 2nd Line Engineering teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed timescales, ensuring high-quality technical support to external clients.
Own and manage escalated incidents and requests, providing solutions that align with the company's standards.
Collaborate with 2nd Line Engineers on diagnosis and fault resolution, enhancing team synergy.
Engage in project-based consultancy, contributing to the strategic direction of technical solutions.
Interact with VIPs, C-level executives, and administrative staff, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills.

What You Will Bring

Demonstrable experience as a 3rd Line Cloud Engineer in IT service management.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on active listening and questioning.
A motivated attitude towards professional standards and certification-based exams.
Proficiency in Identity management systems (Azure AD, ADFS, MFA), and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows platforms and iOS devices.
A solid foundation in networking, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

You will have ownership of the vehicle's dynamics, including tuning and working on models like the Defender brand. The role requires proven experience in tuning loops of vehicle dynamics, with a track record of high-performance driving, particularly in limit handling and stability manoeuvres.
