Profectus IT recherche, pour l’un de ses clients actif dans le secteur de l’énergie, un(e) Assistant(e) Process Owner dans le cadre d’une mission d’environ 6 mois (jusqu’en novembre 2025), idéalement à débuter en avril 2025. Il s’agit d’une mission à temps plein, nécessitant une présence régulière sur site afin de participer aux sessions de travail avec les équipes opérationnelles (Gosselies), aux phases de tests ainsi qu’aux formations à dispenser. Un recours limité au télétravail sera possible, en concertation avec le responsable.

Responsabilités principales :
Soutien au Process Owner : contribuer au développement, à la mise en œuvre et à l’amélioration continue des processus et des outils associés.
Digitalisation du catalogue de formations : création de contenus digitaux (e-learning, vidéos, etc.) alignés avec la stratégie d’amélioration des formations.
Tests et déploiement : participer aux tests sur site avec les équipes opérationnelles et assurer leur bonne compréhension des nouveaux outils/formations.
Mise à jour documentaire : actualiser la structure documentaire liée aux projets en cours (dont ADMS) et préparer les supports de formation.
Suivi du processus : veiller à la bonne application des instructions par les utilisateurs et proposer des pistes d’amélioration au Process Owner.
Collaboration : travailler en synergie avec les autres directions et services pour coordonner les projets impactant la Direction Réseau.

1 an minimum en gestion de processus métier (Must Have)
Maîtrise de la rédaction de documentations process et/ou fonctionnelles (Must Have)
Connaissance de la modélisation BPMN (Nice to have)
Capacité à animer/participer à des réunions avec de multiples parties prenantes (Should Have)
Excellente maîtrise du français (Must Have)
