Daily Rate: £90 – £100 per day
Elevate Supply is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in South Birmingham looking for a General Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
You will support the class teacher in delivering lessons and helping pupils access learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with children in a supportive school environment, offering one-to-one and small group support, particularly for those with additional learning needs.
Key Responsibilities
Support students with special educational needs in and outside the classroom
Assist in the delivery of lesson content across the curriculum
Help with classroom management and daily organisation
Provide one-to-one or small group interventions for pupils who need extra support
What We’re Looking For
Experience supporting students in a primary school setting (desirable)
A calm, patient, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine commitment to student welfare and education
Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (beneficial but not essential)
