The Civilian Planning and Conduct Capability (MD.CPCC) is the permanent structure supporting the Civilian Operations Commander. WE PROPOSE Three positions of Human Resources Management (HRM) Assistant in the Missions Personnel Division (DMD.CPCC.3) - contract agent FGIII as per article 3b of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Union (hereafter, the “CEOS”)[1].
