SOGEA Maroc recrute un Ingénieur HSE (H/F) qui aura pour mission de mettre en place, suivre et améliorer les conditions d’hygiène, d’environnement et de santé et sécurité au travail sur les chantiers
Vos Missions Seront
Mettre en œuvre le système HSE sur les chantiers : déploiement des procédures, contrôles réglementaires, conformité EPI, etc.
Identifier les exigences HSE clients et déployer les moyens de leur mise en œuvre sur le chantier
Accompagner les fonctions opérationnelles dans la définition et la mise en place de modes opératoires conformes aux standards HSE en vigueur
Préparer et conduire des audits internes des différents processus cartographiés selon le plan d'audit arrêté, afin d'évaluer leur niveau de conformité avec les référentiels
Gérer le stock des EPI et remonter les besoins y afférents
Coordonner avec la médecine de travail pour la réalisation des visites médicales et suivre l'évolution des accidents de travail
Mener les analyses de risques SST et environnement relatifs aux chantiers d'affectation
Maintenir à jour le PHS et le PGE et actualiser les actions en fonction de l'évolution du projet
Vous avez un diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent en option QHSE
Vous justifiez d'une expérience de plus de 5 ans dans un poste similaire au sein d’une grande structure de BTP
