The Company
We are working with a Series A backed scale-up, that has raised over $ 30million. The platform is used by the largest eCommerce companies across Europe, to help reduce their CO2 Footprint at scale.

They have multiple mobile applications which are built in Flutter and are crucial for the the delivery infrastructure that supports the warehouse-to-delivery network.

The business is primed for the AI-driven scale up phase and are investing heavily into their engineering function.

About The Role
You will be joining an experienced team of excellent engineers, working on the platform for the couriers to retain loyalty and improve overall success of their work, through a Flutter application that has seamless user experience.

They are looking for someone, either with current Flutter experience, or someone who has strong experience in Jetpack Compose but is open to learning Flutter as these skills are very transferable.

Beyond the Mobile development, you will be taking on Full stack responsibilities with Backend (Python) API's, improving FE code, all the way down to Data Infrastructure. This is a true Software Engineer role, where you will wear many hats! While mobile development will be your main focus, they want to give engineers the opportunity to learn across stack.

Minimum 4 years experience working in high-performing software teams.
Ideally you've done lots of Mobile development. Flutter is best, but they are open for an iOS (SwiftUI) /Android (Jetpack Compose) expert to transition here.
Ideally you are ready to take deep understanding of the Mobile platform, and think of yourself now as a Software engineer.
Proven examples of working on software at scale, taking ownership on projects and wearing many hats.
Some kind of previous Full Stack Experience is a nice to have.
