Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (+ on call worth additional £9k, + benefits including training & certifications)

We are looking to recruit an SC Cleared Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer for a global software and solutions organisation. Working as part of my client's Professional Services Team you will be responsible for primarily supporting development environments for my client's customers.
Role Overview: As an Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer, you will support development
environments for my client's diverse customer base. This home-based role requires minimal travel and involves working with a variety of server-side technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in IT Managed Services.
Strong background in Azure and hybrid/on-prem environments.
Proficient in PowerShell, with a preference for experience in Bicep or Terraform.
Valid SC Clearance
Technical Environment Expertise:
Windows Server: 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, 2022 (DNS, DHCP, IIS, NPS, RDS, DFS, GPO)
Active Directory: Multiple forests and domains
MS SQL: Basic troubleshooting
Office 365: Setup and configuration to best practices
Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure (IaaS, Identity management), AWS
Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
SAN and Clustering: Dell, HP SANs, Windows NLB
System Center: SCOM, SCCM, DPM, SCVMM
Backup Technologies: Veeam, DPM, Commvault
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Bicep
Firewall Management: Fortigate, Draytech, Sophos
Scripting: Automation using PowerShell
Compliance and Security Frameworks: Familiarity with various standards

- We are looking for Data Operations / DevOps Engineers for a growing client in Manchester (Hybrid) Role 1 – Operations Engineer - £40-50k Operations Engineers will improve, maintain and support these systems, with the support of the other Operations engineers, the Operations Team Lead, the Server Capture technical lead and other colleagues. The data capture systems are made up of a combination of open source and bespoke software running on the Linux platform.
