We are delighted to be working with a growing Cambridge based tech company in their search for a Software Development Team Lead to head up their frontend software team. This opportunity will be a permanent position with options of hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

Build and lead a team of frontend engineers in the development of web applications
Work cross functionally to produce a customer focused product
Provide hands-on technical leadership and knowledge to the team
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and other engineers
Ensure that solutions are scalable and secure
Maintain high standard of frontend solutions

The successful candidate will have:

Experience in a similar role, leading, developing, and motivating technical teams (At least 2 years)
Proven experience producing commercial web applications
Ability to develop customer focused, maintainable solutions
Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and front-end frameworks (React)
Experience with data visualisation technologies (Chart.js or D3.js)
