Data / MI Analyst – Contract
Working Arrangement: 5 Days a Week Onsite (With Occasional WFH Days) Central London
Day Rate: £300 - £360 per day via Umbrella Engagement (Inside IR35)
Length: 6 Months
As our client settles into their new office space, they are looking for a Data / MI Analyst to join our Corporate Estate Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their analytical skills in a real-world corporate environment, working with data to inform key business decisions. You will play a crucial role in monitoring and reporting on data related to building management, facilities incidents, and office occupancy to support the smooth running of their corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyse data from our Building Management System to support decision-making.
Support the use of ServiceNow for tracking and reporting on facilities incidents.
Analyse trends in occupancy, room use, and service requests to provide actionable insights.
Assist in compiling and presenting Management Information (MI) reports for the Senior Leadership Team.
Support with cost control, testing, and physical security data reporting.
Assist with supplier management and purchase order administration.
Help coordinate and analyse results of building tests and audits.
Contribute to process improvements and best practices in facilities management.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with diverse data sets.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (experience with MS Access is a plus).
A keen eye for detail and the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication skills – able to explain findings clearly.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
