Medpace Reference Laboratories (MRL) is a full service central clinical trial laboratory offering project management, laboratory services, data management, logistics, and sample management and archiving capabilities, and quality assurance.
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based MRL Project Assistent Sr to join our MRL Project Management team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities
Assist with data entry, filing, and copying;
Provide departmental support to managers by maintaining equipment maintenance spreadsheets and reports;
Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, correspondence (e.g., letters, e-mails) and meeting minutes, as necessary;
Track, process, and organize various documents, supplies, shipments, samples, invoices,transactions and communications, as necessary;
Qualifications
You have at least a higher secondary education diploma.
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a very good knowledge of English.
You are computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
Previous experience in a related context
