We’re supporting a new Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Lead to join the programme. This is a customer-facing leadership role requiring deep Oracle Finance expertise, confident stakeholder management, and a strong delivery focus.
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Finance implementations
Proven expertise in solution design and deployment across the full UK Finance suite
Strong functional understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules
Experience leading Oracle Finance rollouts within complex transformation programmes
Excellent stakeholder engagement and risk management skills
Role Responsibilities
Lead the Finance solution design and build phase in line with business requirements
Collaborate with the Systems Integrator to ensure a strong fit-for-purpose delivery
Capture and escalate risks/issues to the Programme Director
Liaise with internal Business Partners (BPs) to support deployment across workstreams
Manage both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a critical finance workstream in a major Oracle Cloud programme.
