BRAND NEW ROLE – LEAD PLATFORM ENGINEER – £75,000 + BENEFITS – AZURE – 1 DAY A WEEK IN ELLESMERE PORT

This role is for a SaaS platform that is directly partnered with household names such as Co-op, Network Rail, and Pret.

As a Lead Platform Engineer, you will have the autonomy to lead and shape the platform function.

Working with the latest Azure tech:
Azure (PaaS & App Services)
Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
Azure Front Door

If you have experience with Infrastructure as Code, SQL, and supporting C# applications, that’s a bonus!

What you’ll do:

As a hands-on Lead Engineer, you will lead a team of three Platform Engineers, working on projects such as:

Improving automation and release pipelines
Enhancing platform reliability and scalability
Collaborating on cross-functional feature delivery
Working across the wider group on future initiatives

You'll be joining a development team with a "get up and go" mentality—they aren’t weighed down by red tape. In this role, you'll have the autonomy to create something great and be pragmatic.
