We’re partnering with a client embarking on a major Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation and are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Lead to head up solution design and deployment for a large UK-based workforce. This is a hands-on, senior-level position within a high-profile transformation programme.
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in Oracle Payroll implementations
Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll solution design
Strong working knowledge of UK payroll legislation and organisational setup
Proven experience leading implementations for large enterprises (50k+ employees)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Role Responsibilities
Lead the design and build of the Oracle Cloud Payroll solution
Collaborate with the Systems Integrator (SI) to ensure delivery meets business needs
Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Programme Director
Work closely with internal business partners to ensure seamless deployment
Manage internal and external stakeholders, aligning priorities and timelines
