About us:
Splash Games (a NextGen Play business) is a UK-based tech startup building the next generation of skill-based mobile gaming. Players compete for real-money prizes in games that are light, fun, and fair. We’re early-stage but growing fast, with strong retention and monetisation metrics - and now we’re ready to ramp up acquisition.
To help us hit our ambitious growth targets, we’re looking for a top-tier, data-driven Fractional UA Specialist to lead our paid UA efforts across Meta, Apple Search Ads (ASA), and emerging in-game ad networks on a part-time basis.

About the role:
Develop and execute high-impact UA campaigns across Meta and ASA, with the goal of acquiring quality users at scale.
Test and launch campaigns on in-game ad networks (e.g., PropellerAds, Unity Ads, etc.).
Own performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, retention) and continuously optimise creatives, targeting, and spend (via AppsFlyer).
Use data and analytics to identify opportunities, iterate quickly, and scale what works.
Collaborate with the founding team to align on targets, creative strategy, and insights.

Required Skills & Experience:
A UA expert with proven experience in growing mobile apps (ideally with experience in mobile games).
You’ve run profitable campaigns on Meta and ASA, and have experience testing/adapting to new platforms.
You’re data-obsessed - driven by metrics and results.
You thrive in start-up environments: fast-moving and full of opportunity.
You’re commercially minded and motivated by performance and results.

What We Offer
Full remote flexibility
Work with a promising UK-based mobile gaming startup with real traction
Generous performance-based bonus scheme for hitting acquisition goals
The chance to make an instant, visible impact on a growing company
Autonomy to test new strategies and shape UA from the ground up

Compensation
This is a fractional contract role - we’re open to structuring it around your daily or hourly rate.
If you're driven by data, creative problem-solving, and passionate about mobile gaming growth, we can't wait to meet you. Apply now and tell us how you'd take Splash Games to the next level!
