We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Marketing department to take ownership of data management tasks to include the Home Document Pack and Trustpilot programmes, ensuring accuracy and data integrity, helping to ensure the smooth running of the function.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
Home Document Pack (HDP):
Manage daily tasks related to new home document pack orders.
Maintain and update the order tracker, ensuring accuracy.
Add applicable fees and integrate data with various software systems.
Process orders for collation.
Review and resolve customer queries related to home document orders.
Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Trustpilot (TP):
Respond to Trustpilot reviews for law firms Premier Property Lawyers, DC Law, JS Law, Advantage Property Lawyers and property services firm, Move with Us in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate the internal Trustpilot scheme, ensuring processes are followed.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to address feedback and maintain brand reputation.

Strong Excel & data management skills: Proficiency in Excel (formulas, data validation, conditional formatting) and ability to handle large datasets accurately.
Attention to detail: Essential for ensuring accuracy in updating and maintaining multiple spreadsheets.
Analytical & problem-solving skills: Ability to spot inconsistencies, analyse data, and suggest improvements.
Organisational & time management skills: Capable of prioritising tasks and managing high volumes of data efficiently.
Customer service & stakeholder communication: Ability to professionally handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders when needed.
