We have a fantastic new opportunity to join our Investment and Development Team as a Document Controller on a 12-month Fixed Term basis.
This role will be based from either our Basingstoke or London office, combining time in the office with working from home and traveling across our locality areas.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Building Information the successful candidate in this role will undertake control for all Sovereign Network Group's (SNG) live and pipeline projects to ensure that all project document exchange, filing, access, and retrieval is being effectively managed in accordance with SNG procedures.
Key Responsibilities will include.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across several departments and service areas, to ensure that documents are correctly named, filed and accessible within SNG
Maintain appropriate access the EDMS, maintaining security and confidentiality of sensitive information
Liaise with project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission and approval of project documents
Support the development and implementation of document control processes and procedure including providing training to internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and report on document control metrics, such as document turnaround time, document accuracy and compliance with project procedures. Generate and maintain document control logs, reports and dashboards as required
Field queries and find solutions for users of the EDMS about the filing structure, naming convention, document workflows and system functionality and make approved updates to the guidance material when required
What we need from you
You should have previous experience in a similar role, with significant experience and knowledge of the construction or housing industry documentation and document control procedures.
A proven track record of positive stakeholder engagement and relationship management
Strong experience using document control software and systems, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Asite, Viewpoint, Aconex, SharePoint or similar
Experience working on several projects at a time with various stakeholders both internal and external with diverse needs and responsibilities
Attention to detail and ability to work under own initiative with excellent time management skills

They are looking for an experienced Architect to define the Data Centre and Operation Room strategy and defining their requirements. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with customers in the Middle East to understand their requirements for a new Data Centre. Define and develop a Data Centre and Operational environment strategy and roadmap. Identify the scalability and functional requirements for immediate and long-term requirements. Understand the requirements for migration of existing Data Centre environments and capabilities. Define the operational business continuity and resilience requirements Evaluate site physical and security considerations for a national level cyber capability. Define the physical, virtual, environmental, internal, and external networking and connectivity requirements.
