Location: Northampton and London - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per Week in Office

Experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on card products (credit, debit, prepaid) and card payment systems.
Strong understanding of card services and financial products, including card issuance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and security protocols.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of card industry standards and regulations, such as PCI-DSS, EMV, and PSD2.
Experience with card management systems.

About the Role - The role holder will be responsible for supporting the development and management of a key part of our Marketplace Proposition, helping to define features, and deliver exceptional user experiences for buyers and suppliers in line with the product strategy and objectives of the business. Specifically, you will be working on the launch of a new Mobile Companion app. and a major revision to existing functionality aimed at providing suppliers with unrivalled access to opportunities and leads. The role holder will work closely with the Product Manager and other cross-functional teams including engineering and design to prioritize the product backlog, launch new features, and ensure our platform meets customer needs and drives commercial value. **This is a contract role for 6 months** **Daily rate: £450 to £500 per day** Responsibilities: Product Owner – Marketplace Working closely with the Product Manager for Marketplace own the backlog for core marketplace features, including workflows, and transaction flows. Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, user feedback, and analytics. Translate high-level business goals into detailed, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, communicate these to engineering ahead of each sprint cycle.
