What You’ll Need

We’re looking for an ambitious, full time engineer. You’ll carry out support, energy engineering and commissioning works on Trend IQVision Systems. Think you’ll be the right fit? Here’s what we’re after:

BEMS engineering experience. You’ll have primary knowledge of either Trend, Tridium or EcoStruxure, and other legacy systems.
Experience in a field service environment. You’d have worked in a role that involves looking after customers.
Ability to work independently without supervision.
Determination to deliver an outstanding level of customer satisfaction.
A flexible and self-motivated approach to work.
Passion for technology and innovation.
A full driving license.

What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering a best-in-class service, with customer satisfaction a top priority.
Taking ownership of your customer base and meeting or exceeding contractual requirements.
Working closely with customers to identify and resolve operational issues.
Providing clear and concise service visit reports that demonstrate the value of Kendra.
Working collaboratively with account management and administration teams to deliver on field quotations. You’ll do this by proactively identifying solutions for improvements, energy savings, upgrades or repairs.
Identifying energy and enhancement projects and opportunities, proving helpful suggestions for both parties.
Taking part in the team call out rota. You’ll also need to support other team members where possible.
Developing your technical and industry knowledge. To keep our people up-to-date on technical developments, we offer various manufacture and BCIA training opportunities.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a fixed-term, full-time Medical Laboratory Assistant to join our Pathology Specimen Reception team, based at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital. The role of a Medical Laboratory Assistant is varied and involves supporting the scientific staff in the receipt, data entry and pre-analytic preparation of patient samples, preparing chemical solutions, maintaining stocks of consumable items, disposal of chemical and/ or biological waste, and maintaining and decontamination of complex laboratory equipment and as such is a key role in supporting a diagnostic service. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Core hours will be 10:00-18:30. You will be expected to participate in the out of hours rota with approximately one Late shift every other week (12:30-21:00) and a Partial Late (11:00-19:30). Shifts will vary according to service needs so flexibility is essential. You will also be expected to support a 7 day working rota which includes nights, weekends and Bank/ Public holidays. In the Blood Sciences department you will be working alongside a friendly, expert and energetic team of Consultants, Clinical Scientists, Biomedical Scientists and Associate Practitioners.
