Role: Technical Support Analyst
Location: Gloucestershire (you are required onsite and must be comfortable travelling to project sites around the South West)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £250 per day (inside IR35)

As the first point of contact for all things tech-related, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our colleagues stay connected, supported, and productive. This isn't just about fixing IT issues-it's about making a real impact with your expertise and can-do attitude.

What You'll Be Doing:
Providing second-line technical support across BAU and projects
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
Ensuring a friendly, engaging, and proactive approach to IT support

What You'll Need:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical support role at 2nd line level
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Android, Intune, Azure, and O365
Excellent communication skills
Relevant certifications (MCP, A+, ITIL Foundation desirable)
A driving licence & willingness to travel when required
