de préparer, réaliser et surveiller leurs opérations de transport,

Job description
Nous recrutons un(e) Software Engineering Team Lead.
BuyCo se développe de manière rapide, et nous cherchons à remplacer David, notre Team Lead qui part vers de nouveaux horizons après 4 ans de bons et loyaux services
Vous rejoindrez la squad Odin , une équipe composée de 4 personnes :
Quentin, Senior Product Manager,
Corentin, Frontend Engineer,
Mallory, Senior Backend Engineer,
Théo, Junior Backend Engineer.
Vous reporterez directement au CTO, Mickaël, et travaillerez main dans la main avec d’autres équipes en transverse : Platform, Product, et Data principalement.

Votre quotidien
Vos tâches principales :
Delivery & exécution : Assurer l’avancement des sujets de l’équipe, piloter et prioriser les tâches, garantir la performance collective.
Architecture et leadership technique : Concevoir et optimiser l’architecture applicative et du code, garantir un code de qualité.
Management d’une squad : Définir et suivre les OKRs, réaliser les Perf Reviews, participer au recrutement et à la montée en compétences de l’équipe.
Collaboration tech / produit : Favoriser une communication fluide entre les équipes tech et produit, et avoir une influence au-delà de la squad en diffusant les bonnes pratiques et les bons process.
Gestion du delivery et de la dette technique : Piloter la livraison des projets, expliquer et justifier les choix d’architecture.
Développement logiciel : Contribuer activement au développement et à l’amélioration continue des solutions techniques.

- 4 mois après votre arrivée: vous avez appréhendé le contexte et pris connaissance du produit, des enjeux, de l’équipe et de l’organisation.
Vous avez pu évaluer la maturité de l’équipe et de ses aspirations, et poser des jalons à moyen / long terme.
- 8 mois après votre arrivée: le déploiement du plan d’action est en cours, avec la mise en place des premières initiatives et nous fêtons vos premiers succès en delivery
- 1 an après votre arrivée: l’équipe a atteint sa vitesse de croisière, avec une approche où la qualité > vélocité.

Ce que nous recherchons
Une première expérience en tant que Team Lead / Tech Lead d’une équipe de Software Engineers.
Une certaine maturité technique, idéalement sur Ruby on Rails (mais ce n’est pas une obligation).
Une capacité à prendre de la hauteur, designer des architectures complexes, et trancher des décisions tech ou organisationnelles.
Votre niveau d’anglais vous permet de travailler dans cette langue.
Votre profil sortira du lot si
Vous avez déjà travaillé sur un produit SaaS ou dans un environnement startup / scale up.
Vous avez déjà managé une équipe de Software Engineers et vous avez travaillé vous-même comme Développeur(se) Backend.
You speak English and French.
Vous avez déjà codé en Ruby / Rails.
Vous êtes curieux(se), et pas uniquement d’un point de vue technique. Vous essayez de rester up-to-date sur les tendances de votre métier / industrie.
Vous êtes un(e) bonne communicant(e), avec la capacité de résoudre ou arbitrer des conflits.
Rémunération, localisation, télétravail et autres :
Rémunération : entre 57k et 67k bruts annuels.
