Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile/Scrum Project Manager to drive data and analytics initiatives in the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies, Azure DevOps tools, and have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex data and analytics projects within a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of data pipelines and analytical solutions, and optimizing our Azure DevOps environment to support agile development and deployment.
Responsibilities:
Agile Scrum Project Management:
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Promote agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Configure and utilize Azure Boards for sprint planning, task tracking, and backlog management.
Analytics Focus:
Understand the data and analytics landscape within the manufacturing industry.
Manage the development and implementation of data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical models.
Facilitate the translation of analytical insights into actionable business outcomes.
Ensure data governance and security best practices.
Manufacturing Domain Knowledge:
Possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production, supply chain, and quality control.
Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs.
Ensure that projects align with manufacturing business objectives.
Understand the unique data challenges and requirements within a manufacturing environment.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Communicate project status and updates effectively.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems).
Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Project Manager, specifically within data and analytics projects.
Deep understanding of Azure DevOps agile tools and services (i.e. Azure Boards).
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.
Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
Azure certifications are a plus.
