Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a hands-on Generative AI Architect to design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge Gen AI solutions leveraging Generative AI and agentic architectures.
The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in using LLMs (Large Language Models) for solving business problems, cloud-based Gen AI application deployments (Google Vertex AI preferred), and designing and developing multi-agentic Gen AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and implement Generative AI solutions for Conversational AI, automation, and enterprise applications.
Design and develop multi agentic AI applications using frameworks like Google Vertex AI agents, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex multi agentic workflows or AutoGen.
Evaluating Gen AI & multi agentic applications for hallucination, correctness and accuracy
Troubleshooting and optimising Gen AI applications on cloud platforms preferably GCP.
Integrate Gen AI and multi agentic applications with tools, databases, and APIs for real-world use cases.
Ensure Gen AI solutions are scalable, reliable, and compliant with data privacy and security standards.
Lead the Gen AI teams to deliver value to our customers.
Lead AI research initiatives and explore state-of-the-art advancements in Generative AI.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define Gen AI-driven strategies and roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Generative AI and NLP for the past 2 years or so.
Should be hands on and proficient in Python and associated data science libraries like Pandas, NumPy
Expertise in using Gen AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex and multi agentic frameworks like Google Vertex AI agents, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex multi agentic workflows or AutoGen.
Hands on expertise in building and productionizing Gen AI solutions.
Hands on expertise on RAG pattern and multi agentic patterns like workflows, hierarchical agents & agentic swarms
Hands on expertise on Gen AI application evaluation techniques and frameworks like DeepEval
Hands on experience on Gen AI application monitoring tools such as Arize Pheonix and LangSmith
Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms (Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, Azure AI).
Knowledge of GenAIOps, AI security, and responsible AI best practices.
Ability to lead AI initiatives, mentor teams, and drive innovation.
Ability to research and learn new technologies.

Preferred Skills:
Background in AI ethics, fairness, and regulatory compliance.
