Job Description
Le programme belgo-néerlandais de remplacement des navires de lutte contre les mines (rMCM) a été attribué en 2019 à Belgium Naval & Robotics, le consortium composé de Naval Group et Exail. L’objectif est de fournir douze navires de lutte contre les mines et une « toolbox» composée d'une centaine de drones.
Naval Group Belgium (NGB) recherche un VIE Développeur scientifique pour rejoindre l’équipe Guerre des Mines. Vous contribuerez au développement de prototypes et de logiciels supportant les activités de R&D autour de l’optimisation, de la gestion de la donnée ou encore des systèmes embarqués. De plus, le candidat participera à la mise en place de bonnes pratiques logicielles au sein de NGB.
Les principales responsabilités sont :
Le développement de briques logicielles pouvant améliorer les systèmes développés à NGB, en particulier autour de l’optimisation et la simulation.
Supporter des développements ponctuels tels que des chaines data, des applications ad-hoc et outils pouvant être utiles à des projets internes.
Faciliter la mise en place de bonnes pratiques logicielles et l’intégration des chaines de développement avec les outils internes.
Profil
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou d’un master avec une spécialité en informatique, développement logiciel, mathématiques appliqués, ou en ingénierie de la donnée. Vos compétences : - Une première expérience en développement logiciel, idéalement avec Python. - Une bonne connaissance générale en mathématiques, en particulier en simulation et en optimisation. - Une bonne maitrise de l’Anglais. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour : - votre motivation pour résoudre les problèmes et capacité à trouver des solutions créatives. - votre capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives tout en ayant l’esprit d’équipe et de bonnes compétences en communication. Les compétences suivantes seraient un atout : - Une première expérience en DevOps (git, CI/CD, docker/container) - Une première expérience dans le domaine industriel (naval, aéronautique, défense, équipementier, etc.) - Un intérêt pour l’un des sujets suivants est un plus : science des données, robotique, ingénierie système, cybersécurité, développement agile ou architecture logicielle. - Une première expérience en programmation orientée objet, en particulier Java.
