3rd Line Support - M365 Specialist, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, ASAP, London, £40-£50k + Benefits.

Our client is currently looking for a 3rd Line Support, with emphasis in supporting and specialising in M365 and cloud computing. This is a permanent position with a fantastic opportunity to join a exciting and growing company, who offer a excellent benefits package in addition to salary. The ideal candidate will also be based in Central London.

Responsibilities:
Provide 3rd line support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive .
Troubleshoot complex desktop and network issues (hardware, software, network infrastructure).
Handle escalations from 2nd line support .
Perform system administration (Active Directory, Azure AD, cloud platforms).
Plan and implement migration projects (Microsoft 365, cloud solutions).
Maintain system performance and ensure availability of key services.
Collaborate with external vendors for issue resolution.
Mentor and guide junior support team members.
Disaster recovery and backup management .
Hybrid cloud management and understanding of ITIL best practices.

Requirements :
Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.
Experience with PowerShell and automation tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 endpoint management and policy deployment.
Strong experience in desktop support (Windows, MacOS, Office suites).
Networking skills: VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Firewall management.
Proficiency in system administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD).
Cybersecurity principles: Patch management, Firewalls, antivirus tools.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Capable of working in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
Leadership abilities, providing mentorship to junior staff.
