We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account-Based Marketing Specialist to drive the successful execution and expansion of client’s ABM program for enterprise accounts. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop and implement targeted strategies that deliver personalised experiences and drive significant growth within key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
ABM Program Coordination & Leadership:
Coordinate all agency activities to ensure seamless delivery of ABM services.
Provide stakeholder management and leadership, including regular updates and reporting.
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of pilot program effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations for FY25 rollout.
Market & Account Strategy:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop deep insights into target accounts.
Formulate and refine account-specific strategies aligned with business goals and individual customer needs.
Messaging & Value Propositions:
Develop personalised messaging and value propositions that resonate with both individual stakeholders and the broader account.
Ensure all marketing and communication efforts are tailored to the unique needs and drivers of each account.
Business Acumen & Leadership:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business drivers influencing target accounts.
Shape ABM program activities to align with these drivers and the goals of C-level executives.
Effectively manage cross-functional teams and foster internal collaboration to achieve desired outcomes.
ABM Execution:
Map relevant stakeholders within target organisations.
Conduct strategic analysis to identify topics of interest and opportunities for engagement.
Craft compelling storylines and assets for outreach, aiming to secure 1:1 meetings.
Oversee the production of assets across the customer journey (awareness, consideration, decision).
Orchestrate multi-channel activation of ABM campaigns, including events.
Travel required 30% of time

Qualifications:
5-7 years Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally with experience in ABM or similar targeted marketing approaches.
Strong B2B Events experience, planning and executing
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Project management experience to coordinate complex initiatives.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
