Led by the firm’s first Chief Marketing Officer, the marketing function at Goldman Sachs is backed by momentum and a broad imperative to unify the discipline, helping to codify a business-critical function seen as core to the firm’s future growth. As such, GS is focused on building out a data-and-technology enabled team of growth marketers, delivering value for the brand and the business. The organization consists of COE teams including Brand Marketing, Marketing Strategy & Transformation, Content, Media, and Marketing Tech and Effectiveness, as well as marketing teams for each of our revenue businesses. Together, this function collaborates to build a unified, scalable, and consistent approach to marketing the brand and its offerings. Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to join the International Marketing team to:

Support the execution of the International Marketing strategy across EMEA and APAC to deliver both proactive and reactive activity across all of our international priority markets
Support the marketing for our flagship philanthropic programmes internationally, including social media activity, video production, event branding and development of programmatic marketing collateral
Develop acquisition marketing campaigns in support of the firm's recruiting activities
Support management of International Marketing budgets and project management processes and routines
Support with data and analytics for International Marketing activity
Work on maintenance of local language website pages / digital touchpoints
Run translation and approvals processes for marketing content and collateral
Conduct marketing landscape research and develop data-led marketing insights and analyses to inform International Marketing approach
Coordinate sessions and liaise with key stakeholders for flagship speaker series, Talks at GS
Develop regular reports and summaries to share with global and local stakeholders on the impact of International Marketing efforts
Operate with a strong risk management and reputational management mindset and sound judgment
Adhere to laws, rules, regulations and firm compliance policies and procedures, as applicable
Partner with head of International Marketing to prepare presentations and materials for key strategies, stakeholder engagement and projects
Keep a pulse of emerging business, economic and market trends, as well as industry trends, to help inform strategy and messaging in real time

Required Skills And Experience

Bachelor's degree; 1-3 years relevant work experience in marketing, communications, project management or related field preferred
Collaborative work approach and confidence in interacting with multiple stakeholders and external partners
Highly organized with an enthusiastic “can do” approach; capable of working independently to drive projects and achieve objectives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
Excellent project management skills
Strong writing capabilities; experience with copywriting and creative development a plus
Proficient in PowerPoint presentation and Excel
Detail-oriented problem-solver with ability to employ sound judgement and an acute attention to detail
Operates with a risk-management mindset
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure; able to manage and execute effectively on multiple, time-sensitive projects
Interest in financial services category marketing
Takes initiative to broaden knowledge and stay up-to-date on current news and events
Must be fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages preferred
