JOB TITLE: Automation & Robotics Engineer Apprentice (H/F)

Located in: Saint-Ouen-Sur-Seine, France

OBJECTIVES OF THE MISSION:

We are looking for an apprentice for our Industrial department. Within the Automation & Robotics central team, your objectives will be to support the development of innovative robotic solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our automation processes in collaboration with Rolling Stock and Components sites rolling stock sites. You will be in a support function at the headquarters, but some missions may be assigned to production sites.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSION:

You will be in charge of the following missions:

New robotic cells specifications definition/review
Contribute to the Automation roadmap with Automation Experts
Develop the PLC standard training content (troubleshooting, programs) with the experts
Organize and collect the return of experience of automation projects, then share the information over the internal database
Animate the work sessions within the Automation network
Provide technical support on innovative solutions

PROFILE:

Educational level:

Bac+2/3 with mechanical/Industrial/Automation &/or Robotics background
Starting a Master’s degree or engineering school majoring in Automation & Robotics or a related field

Technical skills:

Knowledge of PLC programming (appreciated)
Familiarity with robotic systems & automation technologies (appreciated)
Understanding of industrial practices

Behavioral skills:

Able to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (process expert, external engineers, industrial functions…)
Able to work across sites/functions in a multi-cultural environment
Team spirit approach and good communication skills
English fluent

Contract:

24/36 months apprenticeship contract, starting from September2025
