What You’ll Do
As part of the leadership team, you will:
Define and implement a comprehensive roadmap for enterprise-wide data and AI maturity
Own the design of scalable architecture to power analytics, automation, and AI innovation
Champion a modern data governance framework, embedding quality, security, and stewardship
Lead all aspects of the delivery of AI use cases, from POC to scalable enterprise adoption
Mentor and grow a cross-functional team of engineers, scientists, analysts, and architects
Collaborate across functions to translate technical vision into business outcomes
Evaluate and invest in emerging technologies to future-proof our data capabilities
Ensure all initiatives align with ethical, compliant, and responsible AI practices
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
We're looking for a rare mix of critical thinking and technical expertise, including:
A Master's or PhD in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years in analytics, data science, or AI, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale data and AI programs
Deep understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and responsible AI practices
Strong technical knowledge in cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), machine learning, and modern data architecture
Excellent communication and influence skills — especially at C-level
A collaborative attitude with a consistent track record to lead cross-functional teams and change initiatives
