MBN has a rare client-side opportunity in the econometrics space to join a leading sports and gaming company.

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for marketing effectiveness? Join our fast-growing Marketing & Business Insights team and play a key role in shaping our in-house Econometrics/MMM capability.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of gaming and sports, leveraging customer-level data, machine learning models, and advanced analytics to drive strategic
decision-making.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the development of in-house Econometrics/MMM capability across brands and markets
Build and refine incremental testing tools for marketing measurement
Mentor and develop analysts in MMM techniques and statistical modelling
Work closely with Data, Martech, and Marketing teams to automate and scale data-driven insights
Present findings across all levels—including C-suite leadership

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience leading large-scale MMM projects (agency or client-side)
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Commercial experience in econometrics and statistical modelling for marketing analytics
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
Passion for sports, marketing, and technology
