Our partner, an Information and Technology company working on International scale, is looking for an IT Security Manager that could join their team and be responsible for the information security strategy.

You will report to the Technical Manager while maintaining a direct reporting line to the General Manager, ensuring independent security governance in line with best security practices.

IT Security Manager - Your Role

Security Strategy & Governance – Lead security initiatives, develop policies, ensure ISO 27001 & NIS2 compliance, and embed security in IT architecture.
Risk Management & Security Ops – Conduct risk assessments, oversee incident response, and implement security improvements while balancing business priorities.
Compliance & Certification – Achieve and maintain ISO 27001:2022 certification, drive NIS2 compliance, and oversee security audits.
Security Awareness & Culture – Promote a security-first mindset, conduct training, and advise management on emerging threats and best practices.
Collaboration & Integration – Work with IT, Operations, Compliance, and Enterprise Architecture teams to align security with business and regulatory needs.

IT Security Manager - Your Profile

Technical & Security Expertise – 7+ years in cybersecurity, strong knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR, IAM, SOC/SIEM, and risk management. DNS expertise is a plus.
Leadership & Communication – Ability to engage stakeholders, lead security teams, build a security culture, and represent the organization in industry meetings.
Compliance & Governance – Experience with regulatory frameworks, audit processes, and drafting clear security requirements for technical and business teams.
Problem-Solving & Risk Management – Proactive approach to security challenges, balancing risk mitigation with business objectives, and overseeing incident response.
Education & Certifications – Degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity preferred; CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ISO 27001 certifications are a plus. Fluency in English required.
