Position Overview

Join our Product Management team as a Graduate Data Analyst! You’ll play a key role in turning raw data into valuable insights. Work with various teams to analyze data, spot trends, and make recommendations to guide business decisions. You’ll also help manage team governance by integrating data insights into our management systems and oversee the Solution Lifecycle Management process for software and cloud products.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather data from different sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets) and ensure it’s accurate and consistent.
Data Exploration and Analysis: Use statistical techniques and data visualization tools to explore data, identify trends, and develop effective reporting methods.
Metrics and KPIs: Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor them, and provide insights based on trends.
Business Insights: Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to management and other teams.
Tools and Technologies: Use data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with the Product Management team to prioritize business and information needs.
Manage day-to-day activities related to the Solution Lifecycle Management process.
Coordinate team management systems, including regular reporting and program reviews.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar (business, management, economics, statistics, information science etc.)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with data querying, cleaning, and analysis.
Knowledge of reporting packages (e.g., Business Objects, Tableau), databases, and programming (e.g., XML, SQL).
Proficiency in statistics and using statistical packages for data analysis (e.g., Excel, Power BI).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a public-facing role.
Proficiency with MS Office suite.
Ability to create PowerPoint presentations.
Time management and prioritization skills.
Familiarity with Agile Software Development principles.
Leadership experience.
Financial numeracy skills.
