The Role
Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of a secure and stable IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, databases, and cloud components.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery procedures for databases and application servers, including performance and capacity analysis.
Ensure compliance with security regulations and proactively mitigate risks of data breaches.
Collaborate in a DevOps environment, ensuring security requirements, monitoring, and alerting, while providing L2/L3 support.
Make technical decisions in emergency situations and oversee third-party service execution.
Your Profile
Strong expertise in Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM) and VMware; basic Linux knowledge is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, DevOps, O365), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring & scripting.
Experience with networking, security, containerization, Dynamics 365, and virtualization.
Database knowledge (Oracle & Solaris) is a big plus.
At least 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to implement system optimizations, improving stability, security, and performance.
Communicative and collaborative, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Flexible and willing to provide occasional stand-by support or weekend updates.
Languages: Fluent in English (must-have), French or Dutch (basic knowledge of the second language is required).
