Are you ready to lead the charge in crafting next-level cloud solutions? We’re on the hunt for a visionary Head of Product to drive the development and evolution of Cloud Direct’s cutting-edge Consultancy and Managed Services portfolio.
Reporting to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you’ll collaborate with product marketing, service design, and subject matter experts to shape, refine, and elevate our product offerings. From strategy to execution, you'll ensure our solutions stay ahead of the curve—delivering real value and innovation to our clients.
What you'll do:
Portfolio Management: Oversee the development and lifecycle management of the product portfolio.
Product Performance Management: Monitoring of product portfolio against an agreed set of KPI's (Cost, Performance, Reliability, Relevance)
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for product development and enhancement, aligning with organizational goals and market demands.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, service designers, service design architects, and subject matter experts to define product requirements and roadmaps.
Project Oversight: Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of product development projects, managing risks and resolving issues as they arise.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance and development progress to the CTO and other senior management.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation working closely with our Alliances manager and product marketing.
Compliance: Ensure all products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
What we're looking for:
Experience in Offering/Product Coordination, Product Ownership, Project Management, or similar roles.
Experience of Microsoft Cloud technologies & Cloud computing concepts
An understanding of Managed and Professional Services is advantageous.
