For Recruitment, we help our clients hire specialist and diverse talent across the marketing industry ranging from: Sales, Account Management, Creative, Marketing, New Business and Production, to, Data, Research & Insights and Operational opportunities. As well as recruitment services, we drive positive people practices across the entire employee experience by delivering HR advisory services: advising on employee relations, policy and procedure, well-being, employee engagement and training and development.

We’re at an exciting and critical phase of growth and are looking for someone who is equally passionate about people, who shares in our values and purpose. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the end to end recruitment process, from managing and building relationships with clients, to addressing their hiring needs and matching the right talent with the right opportunity to help improve representation across the industry.

This position is FTC to perm.

Work with the Founder of Responsible Resourcing Agency to deliver actions against our strategy for 2025 including: business development, partner development, candidate development and marketing and PR
Build and maintain strong client relationships, being seen as a trusted partner to clients, able to understand their people needs, specifically recruitment, and create hiring strategies
Source and attract diverse candidates using a variety of different channels including your own network, social platforms, job boards, WhatsApp groups, referrals and the ATS
Effectively manage candidates throughout the recruitment process by screening CV’s, conducting interviews, matching candidates to roles, facilitating feedback and managing the offer process
Work with the wider team to create a rich pool of talent and clients who are constantly engaged in our mission and kept up to date regarding opportunities, industry events and thought leadership pieces

Previous experience we’d like you to have
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, or a sales-based role with contacts within the marketing industry
A great communicator, someone able to understand client needs and create tangible action plans
Passionate about DE&I and increasing representation and visibility within the industry, with proven experience within this area
Passion for people and creating a positive, engaging work environment
A data-driven recruitment mindset with experience using different platforms to cater towards clients needs

With 80+ systems currently in scope, there is an opportunity to refine compliance processes and optimise control frameworks. Responsibilities: Review and assess in-scope systems, identifying opportunities for de-scoping. Evaluate existing IAM and data access controls for SOX compliance. Advise on best practices for designing and implementing IAM and data access controls. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current control processes and recommend improvements. Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure alignment on control expectations and testing approaches. Represent the organisation’s interests in audit discussions, constructively challenging audit findings where necessary. Provide guidance on process improvements and control rationalisation to enhance SOX compliance efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Create and optimise in-building wireless/DAS designs using iBwave Design software. Perform RF propagation modelling, equipment selection, and cable routing within complex indoor environments.
