Nous cherchons un Ingénieur Support N2 pour assurer un support IT de deuxième ligne. Il interviendra sur les incidents techniques complexes et les demandes spécifiques remontées par le Service Desk. Son rôle est clé pour assurer la continuité et l’efficacité des outils informatiques, garantissant ainsi une expérience utilisateur fluide et performante
Missions principales:
Résolution des problèmes matériels et logiciels via des outils de contrôle à distance ou directement au bureau IT.
Installation, configuration, et mise à jour des postes de travail, équipements périphériques, et applications via SCCM.
Gestion proactive des tickets d'incidents et respect des SLA.
Coordination des rendez-vous utilisateurs et gestion autonome du planning.
Compétences requises:
Expertise avancée sur les systèmes d’exploitation (Windows 10/11) et la suite Office 365.
Connaissances des smartphones et tablettes (Windows Mobile, Android, iOS) avec gestion via MDM (ex. Knox, Intune).
Bonne maîtrise des outils cloud (OneDrive for Business) et des systèmes Active Directory.
Expérience avec les outils de ticketing et gestion des actifs IT.
Fortes compétences en planification et organisation.
Orientation résultats et flexibilité dans la gestion des priorités
