Summary

emagine is seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer Principal to join our team as a key contributor for the VCE EU Data Act project. This role demands an individual with a strong background in commercial strategies, capable of ensuring the timely delivery of essential legal artifacts and commercial decisions. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and designing innovative business models and opportunities for digital services arising from the Data Act.

Duration: Minimum 7 months
Allocation: 100%
Location: Lyon (2 days remote)

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the VCE EU Data Act commercial sub-track alongside Service Owners and Regional Service Managers.
Ensure that commercial input, decisions, and deliverables like pricing are provided timely to fulfill project goals.
Analyze the effects of the EU Data Act on current commercial digital services.
Provide recommendations for compliance and optimization of digital products within the E2E EU Data Act solution.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to align with regulatory demands and facilitate the delivery of legal and contractual documents.

Must Haves

Practical knowledge of requirements documentation and sprint planning using Azure DevOps.
Proven experience in business analysis and strategic planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including D&IT, commercial departments, legal, and technology.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proactive and hands-on approach to deliver results across various aspects of the Commercial sub-track.
Desire to delve deep into the legal implications of the EU Data Act on our digital services.

Monitor ongoing work at Group Level in related areas, updating requirements and stakeholders as necessary.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
