Back Office Administrator – 6-Month Contract - £160 Per Day

Location: Edinburgh Office, full-time
Rate: £160 per day
Contract Length: 6 months
Start Date: 14th April

We are seeking Back Office Administrators to assist a leading Life & Pensions business following a recent systems migration. This role will focus on investigating, locating, and reconnecting funds to the correct customer accounts by navigating the administration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Investigating discrepancies caused by the migration and identifying missing pension funds
Navigating multiple internal systems to track and reconnect funds to customer accounts
Working through complex data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Handling back-office processing tasks with a keen eye for detail

Ideal Candidate:
Experience with Back Office Administration tasks
High attention to detail
Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment
