About the role
The Delivery Manager will work closely with multiple 10x teams, particularly across Product & Engineering and with our external clients, to focus on both client relationships and plan execution to deliver value against defined business objectives. You will work with relevant agile tools and techniques to support the  teams in removing obstacles and blockers in the delivery of our client commitments.

This person will also support Client teams to track progress and proactively assist in managing risks and will be key in helping internal and external teams track the delivery of new capabilities in support of delivery programmes.

Responsibilities{{:}
}Act as the primary point of contact for clients or senior internal leaders, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met
Oversee programme management efforts, coordinating multiple interconnected workstreams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Maintain and track progress on initiative roadmaps, assisting teams in monitoring the delivery of capabilities and meeting milestones
Collaborate with engineering and platform teams on tasks such as setting up environments (e.g., AWS accounts) and supporting technical and product aspects of various delivery programmes
Drive process improvements and define best practices for client engagement and delivery
Use tools like Jira and confluence to monitor workflows, track risks and dependencies, and manage issues proactively
Lead internal projects and initiatives to support organisational goals and enhance operational efficiency
Shape and maintain client engagement blueprints and frameworks (e.g., in Confluence)
Helping the Client teams define and maintain the Delivery Process to operate as part of Pre-Sales, PoC, Mobilisation and Delivery Phases
Ability and initiative to jump in and out of the detail when necessary
Collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute towards achieving common goals

Requirement

sExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Managed and influenced a diverse range of stakeholders, both internally and externally
Facilitated meetings and forums which drive outcomes and value to the business and clients
A track record of proactively identifying and solving problems
Experience of defining and documenting processes using common tools and standard methodologies
Worked within an outcome-focused agile technology environment and applied Agile principles in practice
Experience of developing and maintaining plans
Experience working directly with product and engineering teams in an agile environment
Advanced skills in using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Skills in Atlassian products Confluence and Jira
Created and managed document libraries in SharePoint / OneDrive

The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team at Pendo is responsible for provisioning and maintaining cloud infrastructure from development through production for all product initiatives, and working with developers and product managers to ensure that our products are not only reliable and performant, but also cost-efficient. Our platform is built on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and utilizes several other Google technologies such as Memorystore, Cloud Datastore, PubSub, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, and Vertex AI, as well as services from other vendors such as Amazon SES. In the development process, SREs provide developers with stable and performant CI and release pipelines and development environments to facilitate frequent delivery of new product features. In production, SREs perform Tier 1 on-call and incident management functions, supporting a high-throughput platform which processes more than 15 billion events per day. To ensure the reliability of this environment for our customers, SREs work closely with developers and product managers to understand service level objectives, think through failures scenarios, and design systems which balance cost with reliability objectives. Additionally, SREs collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure that cloud infrastructure is properly secured, and that sufficient controls are in place to meet our compliance goals with respect to industry standards such as SOC 2.
