Fonction
En tant que Team Leader Care chez emeis, tu gères l'équipe de soins et es le point de contact pour les résidents et leurs familles, ainsi que pour les autres membres du la direction et les partenaires externes.
Tes tâches et responsabilités
Encadrer l'équipe soignante et contribuer à sa formation et son développement ;
Garantir et contrôler la bonne prise en charge des résidents ;
Intégrer les familles aux projets de soins et de vie de leurs proches ;
Veiller à la bonne tenue des protocoles de surveillance des résidents, à leur sécurité et aux règles d'hygiène ;
Assurer la collaboration pluridisciplinaire à tous les niveaux.
