What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Talent Acquisition Systems and Finance Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for managing relationships with external vendors, tracking budgets, and ensuring that payments are processed smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the recruitment function runs seamlessly, enabling the team to attract and hire the best talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor & Contract Management: Maintain relationships with external recruitment vendors, track contracts, and ensure timely renewals.
Payments & Financial Coordination: Process invoices, track payments, and liaise with finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Budget Oversight: Monitor recruitment-related expenses, track variances, and maintain detailed financial records.
Data & Reporting: Maintain key recruitment financial metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend ways to streamline vendor, payment, and budget coordination.
Collaboration & Support: Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Finance teams to support hiring initiatives.
Experience required:
Proven experience in vendor management, budget coordination, or payment processing.
Strong financial acumen and understanding of budget management principles.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Excel, financial tools, and HRIS systems.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with Ariba or other procurement systems.
Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.

You will be able to quickly understand complex products, cutting through the noise to help the Platform understand the critical things to consumer experience and security outcomes. Needs gathering, research synthesis and Journey mapping will be in your comfort zone. You'll be at home communicating with senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops. You'll love your craft being familiar with other Design disciplines, be able to spot opportunities for prototyping and shaping future work for Design delivery.
