Responsible for managing the deployment and release processes.
They ensure smooth and efficient releases, automate deployment pipelines, and maintain the CI/CD infrastructure.
1. Fully manage Salesforce Orgs and environments (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)
2. Administer User Accounts, Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Security Settings
3. Ensure System Integrity, Data Security, and Compliance
4. Deploy configurations and code changes using Change Sets and CI/CD pipelines
5. Automate business processes using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
6. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and proactively implement new features
7. Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and ensure smooth production operations
8. Manage data using Data Loader, Import Wizard, and Reporting Tools
9. Configure Salesforce Objects, Fields, Record Types, Page Layouts, and other components
10. Work with Salesforce APIs, third-party integrations, and middleware tools
11. Install and manage AppExchange packages
Required Skills:
1. Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud (Experience Cloud is a plus)
2. Hands-on experience with CI/CD deployments and Change Set management
3. Strong knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes
4. Understanding of SOQL, SOSL, and basic Salesforce development (Apex Triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce)
5. Experience managing Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules for data security
6. Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and middleware tools
7. Strong data management skills
