Job Description

We have an opportunity for a hardworking Commercial Sales Analyst to join our team in London, United Kingdom. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales strategy by providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimise our sales performance.

Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and provide analytical support
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
Create and deliver insightful presentations to senior management on sales performance and forecasts
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency
Monitor and evaluate the success of sales initiatives and campaigns
Assist in the development of sales targets and quotas based on historical data and market trends
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance sales operations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
3-5 years of experience in sales analysis or a related role
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with CRM software and sales management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
Proven track record of providing actionable insights to drive sales performance
Understanding of sales metrics and effective sales operations
Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in relevant industries
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
