THE ROLE

The Visual Brand Manager will take ownership of the development and execution of brand strategies, ensuring consistency and innovation across all touchpoints. With a unique blend of strategic acumen and creative expertise, this role will oversee brand positioning, campaigns, and design execution to ensure cohesive storytelling that resonates with target audiences.

OPPORTUNITES


You will develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand equity and drive growth.
You will oversee the creative process of key Marketing projects (e.g. flagship events, brand campaigns): keep in contact with project stakeholders, clarify design objectives, identify potential conflicts, manage expectations, ensure designers have what they need to support these projects
You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across all platforms.
You will be confident in working with senior business stakeholders in the business to make sure that content is translated into in high- quality, on brand visuals
You will analyse brand trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
You will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align on brand goals and initiatives.
You will oversee and contribute to the design and creation of brand assets, including logos, packaging, advertisements, social media content, and presentations.
You will act as a hands-on designer to develop high-quality visuals and templates when needed.
You will ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand identity.
You will provide feedback and guidance to internal teams and external agencies on creative concepts and executions.
You will lead brand brainstorming sessions, ensuring innovative and customer-centric ideas.
You will build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including design agencies and marketing partners.


Skills


Proficiency in PowerPoint
You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
You should have 7+ years of experience in brand management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
You should have proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
You should have proven ability to translate brand strategies into compelling creative outputs.
You should have strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and marketing trends.
You should be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
You should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
You should be able to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on design execution.
You should be a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will develop and execute brand strategy initiatives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all touchpoints..

This encompasses the platform, including both 3rd party and internally developed applications, infrastructure, ancillary services and end-user computing. As a Tier 2 Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our platform infrastructure while driving the adoption of cloud-based and automated solutions. You will serve as a critical escalation point for Tier 1 support, handling complex issues that require deep technical expertise.
