BIM Solution Architect - Inside IR35 - Hybrid - 6 Month Contract
Are you a skilled BIM Solution Architect with expertise in Enterprise Software Architecture and BIM solution development?
Hamilton Barnes are hiring for a leading UK utilities company on an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension up to 12 months.
This role requires 3 days per week onsite in Warwick and is Inside IR35. You will play a key role in shaping architectural solutions, ensuring robust and scalable enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain enterprise-level software architectures, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
Lead the design and implementation of BIM solutions, leveraging tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Collaborate, and Autodesk Revit.
Utilise ACC, Forge APIs, and other integration tools to enhance and customise BIM software solutions for advanced functionality.
Work within Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum, ensuring architectural integrity from concept to implementation while balancing project and enterprise concerns.
Design and implement Common Data Environment (CDE) and BIM architectures, with a focus on Autodesk Construction Cloud and its integration with other enterprise platforms.
What you will Ideally Bring:
Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Collaborate, Autodesk Revit, and similar tools for BIM solution development.
Strong background in BIM software architecture, including advanced customisation using ACC, Forge APIs, and other integration tools.
Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture, with relevant certifications such as SIFA ARCH 4-5, TOGAF, or equivalent.
Demonstrable experience applying Agile practices using frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, ensuring architectural integrity from concept to implementation.
Experience in designing and implementing CDE/BIM architectures and services, ideally using Autodesk Construction Cloud, and integrating with other enterprise platforms.

Duration: 6 months (View to Extension)
Daily Rate: Up to £600 Per Day (Inside IR35)
Location: Warwick 3x Per Week/Remote
