This position will operate on a remote, freelance basis. Applicants must be based in the UK, US, or CAN to be considered.
We are looking for a creative Content Creatorto join the team and help create sports-related videos (Premiere League Football and/or Combat Sports) for our social media channels. The ideal candidates will be able to produce high-quality, engaging and trendy video content that resonates with our 26 million+ passionate fans and followers.
Expectations:
Create short-form and long-form video content for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
Edit videos, add captions, graphics, music, and other effects to enhance engagement
Collaborate with the social media team to develop a content calendar that aligns with key football events and trends (e.g., key match days, transfer windows etc.), and/or boxing, wrestling, & MMA events and trends
Stay up-to-date with football news and viral trends to ensure timely and relevant content
Monitor social media engagement and audience preferences to continually refine content strategy
Contribute ideas for creative campaigns, viral challenges, or unique video formats to boost follower growth and engagement
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in video creation and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing sports-related content
Experience working on-camera and in social media creation, especially in sports, is a plus
Passion for football, especially the Premier League, UFC, WWE, and the ability to create content that resonates with fans
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Strong understanding of social media trends, video formats, and platform algorithms
Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools is a bonus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while meeting deadlines
Must be located in the UK, US, or CAN
