Preferred qualifications:
Experience with large migration and transformation projects.
Experience in working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver successful programs.
Knowledge of frameworks, methodology and tooling for cloud foundations.
Ability to present technical and business materials effectively to different stakeholder groups, and engage with executives of enterprises on technical and non-technical matters.
Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
About The Job
As a Delivery Management (DM) Manager, you will sit within EMEA Google Cloud Consulting, Professional Services Organisation (PSO). You will be responsible for the quality of delivery programs managed by the Delivery Executives (DEs) and Cloud Programme Managers (CPM) who form part of their team. In addition to Google people management responsibilities, you will be responsible for developing and differentiating PSO delivery management capabilities. This includes bringing consistency to skill development and identifying opportunities to uplift the skill set of the delivery management team.
Based on the experience of the team, it is critical to identify and implement how PSO can continuously improve and mature our delivery interactions with the customers, Google cross-functional teams and partners. You will interact with internal stakeholders and customers as part of delivery reviews and positioning delivery management in the pre-sales motion. Collaborating closely with delivery excellence team members, you will advise, support and be responsible for rolling out the process and tooling improvements.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Google Cloud Consulting Delivery Executives and Cloud Program Managers.
Co-develop and own the Delivery Management strategy initiatives implementations, including leading team members on development and scaling the impact of the Delivery Management practice.
Have maturing EMEA Cloud Consulting Delivery Management capabilities (skills, tools and processes) and uplifting the delivery quality of Google Cloud Consulting projects.
Work with Delivery Executive team to own the integration of Delivery Executive practices into project delivery for specific groups of customers.
Represent Delivery Management within a specific customer group, accountable for programs related GTM and customer focused activities from pre-sales to delivery including interactions with Google Cloud Consulting and Sales leadership.
