About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Rides – Partner & Platform Group. This team is responsible for the core Rides Platform and Partner Tooling, ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of the services that power our global rides business.
In this role, you'll lead the development of critical services that support bookings, finance, and partner operations. You'll work closely with engineers and stakeholders, balancing technical and product initiatives to drive high-impact solutions.
What You’ll Do
Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Rides Platform & Partner Tooling.
Build first-class tools and services for internal teams and partners, enhancing operational efficiency.
Define and monitor core platform metrics, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Prioritise technical initiatives and product improvements based on business goals.
Write functional specifications and ensure clear, actionable development plans.
Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, analysts, and researchers.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, managing dependencies and change.
Stay ahead of industry trends and technologies, leveraging them to enhance our platform.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst in a complex technical environment.
Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience delivering high-resiliency, high-availability platforms.
Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, data, and cloud services.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organisational skills.
A data-driven mindset with experience in monitoring and measuring product success.
Experience working in agile teams, driving continuous efficiency improvements.
Strong experience in product road-mapping and stakeholder management.
